Atom 80 Carbon Fiber 125cm Propeller

Vortex Aero advanced composite propellers are constructed with the latest in Hybird composite materials. We use precision machined moulds to make sure each blade is straight and true every time. The inner CORE is constructed with composite PARABEAM 3D fabric. Parabeam is a 2 layer composite fabric that is connected with z-directional yarns, which are woven through the top and bottom layers tying them together a sandwich type structure which gives the material the ability to be super strong and light making it an ideal material for propeller construction (see pic above) Read more about it HEREThese material are the same composite materials that are use in high quality propellers like HELIX (we learned from the best).
