The blouse has short sleeves with gathering along a curved seam forming a faux yoke. It ties at center front right below the bust. The shorts hit at the natural waist and have the same accent gathering along the curved seam at each hip. The extra gathered fabric creates a graceful and playful line, perfect for warm summer days!
