The most attractive of frilled collars is this new one, which is cut in one with the sleeves and the upper part of the blouse. The shirred shoulders release fulness in the sleeves which may be long and shirred at the wrist, or short and gathered to sleeve bands. There’s a bow at the point of the open neckline.
