This pattern is based on a period original and has additions for clarity.  In the period the pattern only went to a 32" waist, but sizes 34"-46" waist have been added to this pattern. Circle skirts areiconic, and made a very short appearance in the late 1930s, then again in thevery late 1940s through 1950s. And they’re perfect for modern wear! Original Period Description:“Swirling Merry-Go-Round Skirt: ‘Quick And Easy’ circular skirt for sun, patio,and dance floor. Belt band hooks at side front, apron ties in back.
