From savory bratwurst to handmade spätzle, buttery pretzels, and a classic strudel, this menu is all about warmth, comfort, and celebration. After cooking side by side, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy our festive feast in true Oktoberfest spirit. Menu ·       Soft Pretzel Bites with Beer & Cheese Sauce: Golden, chewy pretzel bites baked fresh from scratch, served warm with a creamy, tangy beer-infused cheese sauce for dipping. ·       German Bratwurst with Red Cabbage & Sauerkraut on a Roll:  Juicy, traditional bratwurst tucked into a fresh roll and piled high with tangy sauerkraut and braised red cabbage — the ultimate Oktoberfest street food. ·       Käsespät
