Modern Thanksgiving Saturday November 8th, 6:30 to 10:00PM Chef Jeanine Kelly This Thanksgiving, tradition meets trend in a feast that’s anything but ordinary. In this Modern Thanksgiving cooking class, we’ll reinvent the classics with bold flavors, elegant presentations, and just the right amount of culinary flair.  Jeanine will bring some perfectly roasted turkey to accompany our creations!   We’ll start on a sweet-savory note with butter-toasted brioche topped with goat cheese and honey-balsamic figs, then move to upscale sides like melting sweet potatoes with maple walnut butter, stuffed mini pumpkins with cranberry stuffing, and mashed purple potatoes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. You’ll also master the art of perfect turkey gravy, a citrus-smooth cranberry sauce, and a crisp green bean salad with pickled red onions and lemon dill dressing — a refreshing twist on a holiday staple.
