    Italian Holiday Cooking Class Saturday December 6th, 6:30 to 10:00PM Chef Michele Castelli We welcome Chef Michele Castelli into the kitchen for an amazing Italian Holiday cooking class!   Michele is a professionally trained chef whose culinary journey began at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She gained experience in top New York restaurants before moving to Italy to deepen her skills and immerse herself in its rich food culture. For the past 25 years, Michele has divided her time between Connecticut and Capri, Italy, where she and her husband run a small hotel called La Tosca. Her cooking reflects this dual life—grounded in Italian simplicity, shaped by American creativity, and always centered on seasonal, approachable ingredients.
