This is a deposit for a ¼ beef. The final price will depend on the hanging weight of the beef when sent to the butcher. We charge $6.50/lb for hanging weight, including cut and wrap. We will email you when there is a ¼ beef share available. You are billed for the final amount upon pickup or delivery.
