Over the last 20 years, we’ve built close relationships with the farmers in Italy who produce our olive oils. We trust them to send us great extra virgin olive oil, and they know we’ll help keep their farms in business because we pay them upfront. Climate change has been especially tough on olive farmers in Europe over the last few years, and our CSA* allows us to provide critical financial support.
