Lustau Vermut Blanco

Famed Sherry producer Lustau entered the vermouth game recently, and we're glad they did. A base of dry, mineral-driven Fino lends an unmistakable nuttiness, and aromatic Moscatel rounds things out, providing some body and a touch of sweetness. The wines are further infused with a blend of botanicals including marjoram and chamomile; the result is a savory and herbaceous vermouth with notes of wildflowers and citrus. Delicious with tonic, soda, and especially Cava.
