5 - Day Meal Plan (Wellness)

Our 5-Day Meal Plan is delivered in two deliveries - Sundays (with meals for Mon-Wed) & Wednesdays (with meals for Thur & Fri).Each meal is individually portioned as a single serving. Dinner + Dinner means dinner for two people. Lunch + Lunch means lunch for two people. Dinner + Dinner + Dinner means dinner for 3 people (or a great option for 2 adults & 2 small children). ALLERGENS: We work in a shared kitchen space where tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, soybeans, eggs, gluten and dairy are processed. If you have a severe allergy, we don't recommend the program.
