Indulge in our locally raised Tennessee beef, lovingly nurtured on a diet of grass and whiskey mash. Your Reservation Covers: Steaks: Approximately 40 pounds, including cuts such as Ribeye, New York Strip, Tenderloin, Top Sirloin, Delmonico, and Flat Iron (based on availability) Ground Beef: About 90 pounds, each portion individually vacuum-sealed in 1-pound packages. Other Cuts: Approximately 50 pounds, including cuts such as roasts, short ribs, brisket, stew meat, and fajita meat (based on availability) We are currently accepting reservations for upcoming processing dates.
