Pinot Noir - Reserve

Reserve Collection At harvest time our winemaker inspects the grapes and selects the most flavourful and perfectly ripened grapes.  Those grapes are set aside, reserved, for a special batch of wine we make each year.  For the first few years this wine was only serves at out estate, for family gatherings and special events.  Over the years as out bounty has expanded we've started releasing these bottles as our Reserve Collection.   Reserve Oak Casks Our casks are made of well-seasoned white oak staves, and introduce a deep flavour to our wines.  Harvested from the south of France, this oak brings a classic flavour and allows the wine to ferment in ideal conditions.  In these casks the wine rests for a full 36 months.  A deep an flavorful oak, fit for the richest of wines and reserved for the worthy grape.   Perfection in a Glass  The effervescence ascribed to drugs, to the period of the moon, and to the action of the sap in the vine.  Continual care and untiring industry have resulted
