Cavalier Hat Blank

This hat comes blocked and trimmed, with a rounded crown 4.5" high and a brim of 4.25". It can be steamed and reshaped, or used as is. Choose black, grey or brown in 4 sizes.  Note: This hat requires an oversized box for shipping. We have maintained a low shipping cost on it as long as possible, but we regret that we will have to increase the cost to a minimum of $25. After completing checkout, a separate invoice will be sent to you for the shipping alone. If the invoiced shipping charge is greater than the actual cost, the difference will be refunded to you. Again, we regret the increase, but it's the only way we can continue to offer these hats online.
