Filson's newest backpack, the surveyor is made from lightweight 500D Cordura nylon in a canvas weave similar to their iconic Tin Cloth, plus 1000D Cordura woven like the tried-and-true Rugged Twill. Both of these highly abrasion-resistant materials are dry-waxed to provide the legendary water resistance of our heritage waxed cottons!  This 36L backpack has plenty of room for clothing and gear for a few days, and its light weight makes it a bag you’ll want to grab whenever you run out the door.
