Boneless Raw rabbit, with approximately 10% organs included. Ground using a coarse plate.  Hand de-boned rabbit meat.  Due to the difficulty in de-boning rabbit, may include small fragments of cartilage or bone, but very few. No growth hormones, artificial colors, or preservatives. One 3 lb package @ $13.00/lb. Vacuum-sealed and shipped frozen. Order ice gel packs if only ordering a few packages of ground meat during hot weather!
