It does look best on a black background to show the best color outcomes.  Glitter description reflects 2oz jar by weight. Material: Non edible,  solvent resistant,  polyester glitter. Add a touch of sparkle to cups, nails, cards and any projects you may dream up.  Glitter works great with all adhesives, epoxy, and Mod podge.
