Tending

Great egrets, or simply egrets as they are commonly referred to in the United States, are always a fantastic subject to observe. Not many creatures on this planet have such pure white coloring. This female egret was eagerly anticipating the arrival of her chicks at a rookery in South Florida, and was seemingly constantly tending to the nest by rearranging sticks and twigs.
