Wild Caught Keta Salmon Portions Our wild caught keta salmon, sometimes known as chum salmon has a mild flavor and firm texture. Each wild caught keta portion is 6 oz, boneless and has the skin on. Our Keta portions are flash frozen and individually vacuum packaged. The keta salmon is a favorite of individuals who do not like the rich flavor of traditional red salmon. Portions are cut in house from the whole fillet; each box contains a variety of collar, center and tail pieces. Sustainably Harvested, Wild Caught and Processed in the USA (Bristol Bay, AK)
