Tombstone combines principles like tactical wave loading, mitochondrial training and dynamic hypertrophy to forge a functional dumbbell training system that is at LEAST as effective as any kettlebell program in building functional strength, yet it doesn’t require specialized knowledge of kettlebell techniques. - Length: 8 weeks. Schedule: 4 days per week. Equipment Required: Dumbbells (light band recommended, but not required). Experience Level: this program is built to scale from beginners all the way to highly advanced functional strength athletes.
