Unlike most alligator meat, our is wild and harvested by a state permitted trapper. e have heard that most alligator tastes like chicken but we believe that's because most farmed alligator just eat chicken. Wild gator is certainly gamier but also more complex is taste. It's more of a course between pork and chicken. Comes in 1 Lb packages.
