Salmon the way it should be: wild and Alaskan. We are proud to partner with Wild Alaska Salmon and Seafood.; they are independently owned and maintain their own fishing & processing crew. The salmon is "wet processed" meaning that as the salmon are caught, the fish are delivered on ice to shore straight from the boat and are at once cleaned and hand-processed by their own processing team.
