Spiny Lobster

Florida's very own delectable lobster, the spiny lobster. They have a springy texture with a delicate, sweet flavor. They are a bit firmer compared with their clawed counterparts. The meat is very versatile and can hold its own among strong flavors. It is best broiled or grilled but can be steamed, roasted or pan-seared.  Normally caught in the Florida Keys, they are also found throughout Florida including Port Canaveral. They are harvested live by diving and are immediately placed on ice to preserve them for our market.  They come in different sizes, anywhere from 4 oz to 32oz.
