Alligator Bayou Cajun (5.25 oz.)

With a big bite of spiced heat and a tail of lively herbs, this seasoning can wrestle down the wildest reptilian entrée. Add a Cajun kick to any meats, seafood or vegetables. Sprinkle on generously, several teaspoons per pound.   INGREDIENTS: Spices (including Paprika), Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, and not more than 2% Tricalcium Phosphate (added to prevent caking).
