Grassfed eye of round roasts are a lean roast that does well with stewing and braising, makes for an easy pot roast, or thinly sliced sandwich meat. Like all of our beef products, our beef eye round is 100% grass fed & finished on a sustainable rotational grazing system. Eye rounds come in small 2lb, medium 3lb, & large 4lb and may vary slightly.
