You can portion this cut into steaks, slice it thin for beef carpaccio, or roast it whole for a decadent family dinner. Like all of our beef products, our beef tenderloin is 100% grass fed & finished on a sustainable rotational grazing system. Tenderloins are approximately 2.5lbs & 3lbs, and may vary slightly.
