Beef Tongue

While beef tongue might be unfamiliar and daunting- this is the piece of the cow boasts impossible tenderness and is high in Vitamin B12! It makes awesome tacos and delicious cold cuts.  Like all of our beef products, our beef tongue is 100% grass fed & finished on a sustainable rotational grazing system. A tongue weighs approximately 2lbs and may vary slightly. Stock is very limited.   After ordering: expect a call/email from Willows Farm to schedule your pickup! We can't wait to meet you!
