Like all of our beef products, our porterhouse steaks are 100% grass fed & finished on a sustainable rotational grazing system. Smaller sized cuts weight approximately 16oz, medium are approximately 20oz, & larger cuts weigh approximately 24oz and may vary slightly.   After ordering: expect a call/email from Willows Farm to schedule your pickup!
