Shoulder Roast

Our shoulder roast is a slightly leaner cut than our chuck roast, but still offers the same intense beefy flavor! Great on the smoker or in the slow cooker, this is a cut you can eat off of for a few days! Like all of our beef products, our shoulder roasts are 100% grass fed & finished on a sustainable rotational grazing system. Shoulder roasts are available in approximately 2-2.5lb, 3lb, 3.5lb, & 4lbs and may vary slightly. After ordering: expect a call/email from Willows Farm to schedule your pickup!
