It's way more meat than our Sampler Box, but less than our smallest share size. The Willows Farm Small Box is perfect for a smaller freezer space or someone who doesn't cook often- but, when they do, they want a nutrient dense & delicious protein. The Willows Farm Small Box includes: Two premium roasts Two steaks 15 pounds of ground beef Five packs of SteakUms. *Our ground beef is conveniently packaged in thin rectangular blocks for fast thawing and easy storage. SteakUms have a plethora of cooking applications including but certainly not limited to: fajitas, a range of different steak sandwiches, quesadillas, tacos, steak and eggs, & much more! Like all of our beef products, the beef in our Small Box is 100% grass fed & finished on a sustainable rotational grazing system.   After ordering: expect a call from Willows Farm to schedule your pickup!
