The Sampler Box includes: One premium roast Six pounds of ground beef Your choice of  Two packs of SteakUms or stew meat. *Our ground beef is conveniently packaged in thin rectangular blocks for fast thawing and easy storage. SteakUms have a plethora of cooking applications including but certainly not limited to: fajitas, a range of different steak sandwiches, quesadillas, tacos, steak and eggs, & much more!
