Bright green-yellow in colour, the nose gives delicate fruit but promises ripeness and complexity. The palate releases ripe tropical fruit such as melon, mango, peach, walnut and a biscuity vanilla note that comes from ageing on the lees. Acidity that is high but balanced with a little residual sweetness results in a full-bodied rich wine that personifies quality. The finish is long and luxurious. Food matches include fish, chicken and grilled white meat along with rich vegetable dishes.
