Defined by a finely structured palate with delicate texture and sherbet-like acidity, the palate shows lemon pith, lime and cardamom pod. A super clear and fresh nose with a wealth of vibrant lime and lemon aromas, as well as a gently herbal, leafy nuance. The palate has fresh, dry and juicy appeal with a very long, pure and attractive line of acidity.
