Fermented, vinified and aged in the same wood, you'll be surprised at first by its orange color, which leads us to suppose that "Grimmick" is a maceration wine! But it's nothing of the sort. With scents of honey, citrus and yellow fruit, this is a wine for great meals, to be paired with meats and their accompaniments, cheeses and desserts.
