The Arc lame is the smallest curved lame in the world! Its graceful form is made of American Black Walnut and a base stand is included. As with our UFO lame, the Arc allows you to get intimate with your dough and is especially good for long slashes. All Arcs are made in our family-owned small shop in Fairfield, Connecticut USA. We believe in fair wages, using no plastics or harsh chemicals, and giving back to the baking community.
