GOOSE LAME

Wire Monkey's first stick lame and she's a beaut! The curvy Goose has no protruding knobs to catch your dough and, a comfortable handle to slash up or down. Made from solid American black walnut and stainless steel hardware, the Goose comes with a blade guard with rare earth magnets to stick to metal surfaces. PRODUCT UPDATE: Please note that on the most recent version of the Goose, one of the magnets on the blade guard no longer shows on the backside. This was a design change to improve both the aesthetics and the manufacturing process.
