Rigid and minimal flex boning knife with false edge and reinforced point grind. Field polish finish for a smooth surface that reduces corrosion, cutting resistance and is easy to sanitize. High durability AEB-L steel at 62 Rc. Handles are permanently sealed and mechanically fastened. Approx 6.25" blade and 10.25" overall length. Scalloped g10 handles with flat contour and medium thickness. Includes modular & ambidextrous heavy duty kydex sheath with thumb ramp and drain hole at point. Included OWB belt clip.
