WINEMAKER'S NOTES: 'Full floral aromas, rich sweet fruit flavors, sweet but not cloying finish.' A blend of Riesling, Muscat and Traminette grapes that are carefully picked and pressed. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks, then fermented a second time in a closed tank [the cuve close method]. The wine is then filtered, dosaged, and bottled.
