We roast a Swiss water Processed(NO CHEMICAL PROCESS) Colombian Bean to a FULL City Roast. The flavor is Smooth Bold with soft hints of a "smoky cigar". Now don't let the Smoky cigar  scare you, it is very subtle and delicious!!
