When wiring, ensure the pin definition and connect the polarity of the power supply correctly2. It is necessary to ensure that the power supply voltage supplied to the temperature transmitter is ≥12V (that is, the voltage at the input terminal of the transmitter power supply is ≥12V). If there is no power supply, check whether the circuit is disconnected and whether the detection instrument is selected incorrectly (input impedance should be ≤250Ω);3. The power supply of the temperature transmitter must not have spikes, otherwise the transmitter will be easily damaged4. Whether the insulation between the thermal resistance (or thermocouple) and the shell meets the requirements. If the insulation does not meet the requirements, corresponding insulation treatment is required.5. The calibration of the temperature transmitter should be carried out 5 minutes after power on, and attention should be paid to the ambient temperature at that time. When measuring high temperature (>>100°C), the sensor chamber and the junction box should be separated by filling materials to prevent the junction box from burning out the transmitter due to excessive temperature. When the sensor is used in the case of serious interference, the shell should be firmly grounded to avoid interference, the power supply and signal output should be transmitted with shielded cables, and the crimping nut should be tightened to ensure airtightness.6. If the data display is inaccurate, please refer to the following three reasons:a.Long line, signal attenuationb.Line impedance does not matchc. The signal is interfered, there is no shielding
