Synonyms NKG2C;NKG2C&CD94; CD94 Source Biotinylated Human NKG2C&CD94 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the N-Terminus. It contains Glu98-Leu231(NKG2C)&Ser34-Ile179(CD94).[Accession | P26717(NKG2C)&Q13241-1(CD94)] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 15.3kDa (NKG2C)&17.9kDa (CD94). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-35 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended.
