Emilio Vada - Barbera d'Asti 2021 (750ml)

Young, ambitious, and passionate Emilio Vada, realizing the beauty and potential of his family’s vines, turned them from private to commercial bottling following his recent oenological studies. The vineyards sit in the town of Coazzolo, skirting those of Barbaresco – imagine the delicate finesse. His team consists only of his parents, which ensures that the work is dedicated and careful. While they have fifteen hectares, they currently work with only a selected 30% of the potential for their Vada bottlings; quality ensured. The nose on this wine is fruity, soft, and expressively Barbera. The palate is a flush of minerality and red fruit, with a tannic bite. Vinified only in stainless steel, this is a very fresh wine.
