Young, ambitious, and passionate Emilio Vada, realizing the beauty and potential of his family’s vines, turned them from private to commercial bottling following his recent oenological studies. The vineyards sit in the town of Coazzolo, skirting those of Barbaresco – imagine the delicate finesse. His team consists only of his parents, which ensures that the work is dedicated and careful. While they have fifteen hectares, they currently work with only a selected 30% of the potential for their Vada bottlings; quality ensured.
