3-Hour Shift Pilot Run Our 3-Hour Shift Pilot Run is the ideal solution for brands ready to move beyond bench samples and test their product on full-scale manufacturing equipment before placing a large production order, or before doing a new production run after doing a recipe revision. This service provides you with exclusive use of a dedicated production line for, including staging of 9 kilograms of dough (the bare minimum for the machine to work), staffing and real-time adjustments by our expert team. During this process, up to 200 bars may be produced, although the dough is not wrapped in packaging and a large percentage is lost in set up and clean up. Please note that this 3 hours includes roughly 1 hour of set up, 1 hour of testing time and 1 hour of clean up. Clients are invited to be on-site during to observe the process and collaborate with our operators and food scientists, if desired.
