Bite sized dumpling stuffed with savory minced pork and Chinese spinach (Shepherd's purse) in a silky, thin square-shaped wrapper. Usually eaten in boiled noodle soup. It can also be eaten with "hong you" sauce or our House Special Dipping sauce. This dumpling is super popular at DTF.
