Fleur de Sel Finishing Salt

Fleur de Sel is a salt that forms as a thin, delicate crust on the surface of seawater as it evaporates. Fleur de sel has been collected since ancient times, although it was traditionally used as a purgative and salve. It is now used as a finishing salt to flavor and garnish. The name comes from the flower-like patterns of crystals in the salt crust.  Zen's Fleur de Sel is sourced right from the farmers who dry the mineral-rich waters from the Gulf of Thailand and extract the salt. 4 ounce content weight.
