The Mondulkiri region in eastern Cambodia is renowned for its hilly landscape, mild climate and abundant biodiversity. This is a rich, balanced blend of three colors (red, white, black) of pepper, harvested at different stages of ripeness. Mondulkiri peppercorns are harvested by hand, de-stemmed and sun-dried.
