Zetêo Coffee - Brazilian (Parceiros Do Café)

The Parceiros do Café is a very approachable, but nuanced coffee that works well in all brewing applications. Like many other quality coffees from Cerrado Mineiro, this coffee is extremely sweet with a mild acidity and creamy body. Lighter roasts tasted excellent in the cup with notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, turbinado sugar, and sweet cream. Darker roasts continue to be very sweet with a more restrained acidity and thick body with notes of maple, molasses, dark chocolate, burnt marshmallow and caramel. While this coffee works great as a brewed coffee, this is one of our favorites to use for espresso as it consistently produces a shot with a syrupy body, thick crema and lasting sweetness.
