Abstract Cashmere Throw Pattern
Our throw knits up quickly on large needles and using two strands of yarn held together which gives a chunkier texture and lofty feel to the blanket. This sampler blanket knitting pattern is a fun way to try out new stitches and you are never get bored with a project! Our throw blanket is knitted using simple slip stitch and variations of different knitting patterns. Throw is knitted in 3 long panels and then sewn together. MATERIALS Trendsetter yarns Placid: 60% Cashmere, 25% Merino, 15% Nylon 50 grams, +/- 120 yard COLOR 1:Main Color 1: (MC 1) We used navy: 9 balls COLOR 2:Main Color 2: (MC 2) We used grey: 8 balls COLOR 3: Contrast color 1: (CC 1): we used orange 2 balls COLOR 4:Contrast color 2: (CC 2): We used red 3 balls CLOROR 5:Contrast color 3: (CC 3): We used blue 2 balls US 15 needles GAUGE 10 stitches and 12 rows = 4 inches in stockinette Stitch. SIZE Finished Dimensions: Approximately 50 inches wide x 65 inches long.
