It's no surprise that birth is traumatic for both mom and baby, your baby could be in a state of fight or flight from being removed from their 9 month home. A simple zone to reset the nervous system could be all that little one needs to sleep better, cry less, and truly adapt to their new life outside the womb. Also, a baby's lymphatic system, lungs, kidneys, etc. can often be burdened by what mother ate or was exposed to during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
